We have a wonderful team of certified birth and postpartum doulas in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Texas & Virginia, who are available to meet all of your antepartum, birth and postpartum needs.

Birth Doula Package

Our Birth Doulas provide two antepartum visits, and are available when labor starts until your babe arrives and you are settled. They provide continuous support throughout your pregnancy via phone, text, email, and additional in-person visits as requested.  We provide one postpartum visit as well.

Postpartum Doula Package

Postpartum Doula care is available for as long as needed after baby arrives for birthing parents, family and baby.  Our postpartum care includes all baby-related needs, breastfeeding support, family errands, in-home meal preparation, and light housekeeping as requested.

All doula clients can also access pregnancy and baby care courses through our partner Tinyhood!

Our certified doulas are able to work with third-party family-building platforms such as: Carrot, Progyny and Maven.

**Virtual support packages are also available for both birth and postpartum care anywhere in the world.

We fully support families of differing neurotypes and meeting pregnant families through postpartum families where they are at. We offer help with pregnancy and postpartum planning, supportive resources, and referrals. We have a variety of sensory tools and options available, and we offer different calming strategies and techniques for planning through unknown and challenging new parenthood scenarios and clinical experiences. We also consult with expert occupational therapists so we can provide the most helpful tools and strategies for our families.

FAQ about Doula Payment & Insurance

Does insurance cover doula support?

Yes, in some states, Medicaid does cover birth doula services and some postpartum hours. In certain states (RI for now), private commercial insurances also cover birth doula support and some postpartum hours. We anticipate more states following in the coming years. If you think you have coverage, please inquire and we will have one of our staff verify your coverage.
