Establishing a healthy routine for your infant sets the foundation for sleep success as your baby grows and matures. We have a very hygge and gentle approach to sleep coaching.

We can either assist you with implementing your sleep plan in-person through our overnight doula support, or we can help you to coach your baby with your new plan. Our package includes a one-hour phone consultation, individualized written plan, and unlimited text and email communication with our team for six months of support.

We fully support families of differing neurotypes and meeting pregnant families through postpartum families where they are at. We offer help with pregnancy and postpartum planning, supportive resources, and referrals. We have a variety of sensory tools and options available, and we offer different calming strategies and techniques for planning through unknown and challenging new parenthood scenarios and clinical experiences. We also consult with expert occupational therapists so we can provide the most helpful tools and strategies for our families.
