Hi. I’m Kathryn “Kate” Leaf Wallace, RN, a Boston nurse with over twenty years of newborn and childcare experience. I love incorporating part of my Swedish heritage into our “hygge baby” model of care for families. I believe that all parents deserve the support of a team of experts in the coziness of their own home over a cup of delicious coffee and pastries to help comfortably transition into new parenthood.
I hold a master's degree in healthcare leadership from Brown University, and certificates in breastfeeding counseling and childbirth education. I have been sleep-coaching singletons and multiples since nursing school, and I love watching well-rested, happy babies grow and thrive.
Our oldest daughter is three years old, and she's been sleep coached since two months old to sleep through the night. Our baby is 17 months, and she’s done the same thing. They’re my personal proof that sleep coaching does work, and does create happy babies and positive sleep routines that will last a lifetime. I live with my husband and daughters in Rhode Island.
