OUR FOUNDER
Hi. I’m Kathryn “Kate” Leaf Wallace, RN, PMH-C a Boston nurse with over twenty years of newborn and childcare experience. I love incorporating part of my Swedish heritage into our “hygge baby” model of care for families. I believe that all parents deserve the support of a team of experts in the coziness of their own home over a cup of delicious coffee and pastries to help comfortably transition into new parenthood.
I hold a master's degree in healthcare leadership from Brown University, and certificates in breastfeeding counseling and childbirth education. I have been sleep-coaching singletons and multiples since nursing school, and I love watching well-rested, happy babies grow and thrive.
I am also the Chair of the RI chapter of Postpartum Support International, and am passionate about supporting new parents and their mental health during this huge transition time.
Our daughters are 5, 3 and 6 months old and they've all been sleep coached since they were two months old to sleep through the night. They’re my personal proof that sleep coaching does work, and does create happy babies and positive sleep routines that will last a lifetime. I live with my husband and daughters in Rhode Island.
