OUR FOUNDER
Hi. I’m Kathryn “Kate” Leaf Wallace, RN, PMH-C a Boston nurse with over twenty years of newborn and childcare experience. I love incorporating part of my Swedish heritage into our “hygge baby” model of care for families. I believe that all parents deserve the support of a team of experts in the coziness of their own home over a cup of delicious coffee and pastries to help comfortably transition into new parenthood.
I hold a master's degree in healthcare leadership from Brown University, and a certificate in childbirth education. I have been sleep-coaching singletons and multiples since nursing school, and I love watching well-rested, happy babies grow and thrive. I am also a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.
As the Chair of the RI chapter of Postpartum Support International, I am passionate about supporting new parents and their mental health during this huge transition time.
Our daughters are 7, 5, and 3-years old. They’re my personal proof that sleep coaching does work, creating healthy sleep habits and routines early on can last a lifetime. I live with my husband and daughters in Rhode Island.
